Changes and Returns
- Warranty for Damages: You can request a product warranty for up to 3 months after purchase if there is damage to the plate/tag, strap, buckles, chains, stitching, or due to a manufacturing defect. The product must be brought to our store located at Av. Vitacura 3661. If you are from outside the region, the shipping cost will be covered by Kadú. You must include proof of purchase to claim the warranty.
- Lifetime Warranty: After the initial 3 months from purchase, we offer a lifetime warranty for damage to the plate/tag, strap, buckles, stitching, or due to a manufacturing defect. The product must be brought to our store located at Av. Vitacura 3661. If you are from outside the region, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.
- Gifts: If the product was a gift and you received two identical items, you can exchange it within 15 business days by presenting the purchase receipt.
- Returns: If you purchased online, you must come to our store located at Av. Vitacura 3661. In case you are unable to come, the shipping cost is covered by the customer. Once the handbag arrives, we will check that everything is in order and proceed with the refund (5 – 10 business days).
